Instructions to turn off Developer options
To avoid scams and prevent financial fraud.
Samsung
1. Go to “Settings > Developer options”
2. “Developer options” > Turn off
Huawei
1. Go to “Settings > System & updates”
2. “System & updates > Developer options”
3. “Developer options” > Turn off
Xiaomi / Redmi
1. Go to “Settings > Additional settings”
2. “Additional settings > Developer options”
3. “Developer options” > Turn off
Vivo
1. Go to “Settings > System”.
2. For device with “Developer options” menu,
please click here.
*If you do not find the menu, please follow instructions in the next step.
3. Go back to “Settings > About phone”.
4. “About phone > Build number”
5. Tap on “Build number” 7-10 times continuously, and the screen will show
“You are now a developer!”.
6. Go back to “Settings > System”.
7. “System > Developer options”
8 “Developer options” > Turn off
Oppo
1. Go to “Settings > Additional settings”.
2. For device with “Developer options” menu,
please click here.

3. Go back to “Settings > About phone”.
4. Go to “Version Baseband & kernel”.
5. Tap on “Build number” continuously 7-10 times to enter your password.
6. Upon successful password entry, the screen will show “You are now in Developer mode!”.
7. Go back to “Settings > Additional settings”.
8. “Additional settings > Developer options”
9. “Developer options” > Turn off
Realme
