ttb currency option is a foreign exchange hedging product, that enables more financial flexibility to clients. On the contract due date, the option buyer is entitled to choose the more favorable exchange rate between the contract exchange rate and the prevailing market exchange rate. It is suitable for clients who maybe uncertain of the future exchange rate and wants to manage their exchange rate risk by hedging. The service for this type of hedging transaction has premium charges.
