Hackathon Our Hackathon is different. We aren't competing with one another. We collaborate and compete with ourselves.

Since 2018, we have been hosting startup Hackathon challenges at our company to prepare and equip our staffs for the digital battleground. To address our customer needs, we build a new working culture in which each team is required to set their own challenges and come up with different solutions or ideas based on the same challenge. It enables participants to fully comprehend financial trends by collaborating with various fields of work as a team.

Over the course of 48 hours, each team can seek advice from management, department heads, and external experts, and then present their plan to the CEO and top executives, who will function as juries, asking questions and making recommendations so that each team can develop their product and service development ideas and solve customer problems to the greatest extent possible.

Furthermore, Hackathon functions as a venue for employees to pitch their ideas to management directly. As a result, regardless of where a person works in the company, their voice or ideas will be heard, nurtured, and implemented.
