Job description:

Lead & Develop the Wealth Relationship Team –
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to drive customer acquisition,
portfolio management, and financial advisory services.
·
Drive Customer Growth & Engagement –
Acquire new-to-bank customers, strengthen relationships with existing clients,
andproactively provide personalized financial planning
advices and products that aligns with their needs and risk profiles.

Ensure Service Excellence & Collaboration –
Foster seamless banking experiences through internal coordination, ensuring
high service standards and long-term customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s
degree or higher in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.
·
Minimum
7 years of experience in financial institutions, with at least 3 years in a managerial
role overseeing Relationship Managers or Wealth Relationship Managers.
·
Investment
Consultant License (IC Complex2) / Life & Non-Life Insurance Broker
License.
·
Strong leadership capabilities with a customer-centric
approach and a deep understanding of banking products.
· Excellent
skills in communication, and problem-solving skills.
